Site Visits & Meetings
We can attend site visits and attending OAC meetings for you.

Buyout Review & Monitoring
Review subcontract scopes/awards and monitor buyout progress. We plan to push for completion of buyout within 100 days from the Notice to Proceed. This will minimize the risk of unforeseen cost increases and allow us to prioritize long lead trades first.

Quality Control & Inspections
We will make sure the contractor is up to par and there are no hidden surprises.

Cost Monitoring & Adjustments
Real-time tracking and proactive solutions to keep your budget intact. This includes reviews of items such as: change orders, billings, general conditions, cash flow analysis, etc. We will make sure everyone is kept honest and in accordance with their contracts.

Schedule Optimization
We are knowledgeable in sequencing and how a project gets put together. Anticipating delays before they happen and adjusting workflows to keep your project moving forward without compromise.

Procurement Tracking
Getting long lead items to the site can be challenging. We will push and keep you up to date on progress.

Closeout
One of the toughest parts of a job is making sure everything is up to date, including permits and inspections. Missing one thing can delay your project so we plan to have a tracking log and coordinate with the contractor to ensure these are staying up to date and ready for that certificate of occupancy!
